If we do not have what your looking for in stock, our typical turnaround is 48-72 hours for most products.
All orders are shipped customer collect (FOB Taylors, SC) via the customers' preferred LTL Carrier.
Per our terms and conditions located in section five, “No Products may be returned without first obtaining the written authorization of JEI. For any authorized returns, you (i) will be responsible for all costs of packing, shipping, refurbishing and damage related to Products, and (ii) will pay to JEI a restocking fee.”
Yes, only VISA or Mastercard. We do not accept American Express. Please note that all credit card payments have a 3% processing fee.
