Metal Medic 5
A liquid organic preventive designed for maximum rust protection and low residue on finished parts. Metal Medic 5 is completely water-soluble and contains no petroleum or petroleum byproducts.

Metal Medic 550
A low residue in-process water-based rust inhibitor that leaves light lubricity on steel. It allows parts to feed smoothly into center-less grinders for machining after heat treating.

Metal Medic 232
A concentrated, water soluble, non-flammable rust preventive for use in metal finishing processes for protection of ferrous based metal from rust. It is low foaming and is used in cut down barrels, open mouth barrels, drag-through systems and in tank operations by spray or dip. Protective film left on metal surfaces is ultra thin, non-staining, and highly protective. It contains no oil or waxes, and parts may be dried in cob meal dryers without cob meal sticking to finished product. It will add lubricity to finished surfaces to prevent parts from sticking in feed tubes.

Metal Medic 7371
A concentrated water soluble, non-flammable rust preventive for use in metal finishing processes for protection of ferrous based metal from rust. Metal Medic 7372
A water-based rust inhibitor with no nitrites or chromates. It includes the newest technology in rust protection and has been successfully tested to provide a base for rust protection that does not have to be removed prior to painting.

Metal Medic 7380
A concentrated, water soluble, non-flammable, mildly alkaline formulation used in metal finishing processes for protection of metals against rust while giving a quality finish. It is designed for maximum protection with low residue on parts.

Oil & Emulsions

JD-50

A water-displacing solvent with excellent rust inhibiting properties. This product is used universally for lubricating and loosening rusty parts. IT STOPS SQUEAKS!
JD-50 quickly penetrates and loosens rusty or frozen parts and protects against rust and corrosion. This product can be used on all metals and is also an effective cleaner for tar, grease, adhesives, crayons and wet paint drops.

Metal Medic 2016
A non-emulsifiable, non-staining, water displacing rust preventive that contains a fingerprint neutralizer. This product displaces water and coolants after machining operations. Water accumulates at bottom of tank where it can be removed. It will remove water solutions from surface of metals and deposit a protective film on the metal surface.

Metal Medic 7315
A non-emulsifiable, non-stain, water-displacing rust preventive that contains a fingerprint neutralizer. This product displaces water and coolants after machining operations. Water accumulates at bottom of tank where it can be removed. Product is not affected by caustic solutions. It will remove caustic solutions from surface of metals and deposit a protective film on the metal surface. Protective film left on metal surfaces is ultra thin, non-staining, and highly protective.

Metal Medic 7313
A concentrated, emulsifiable rust preventative for ferrous metals. It is designed to leave a light non-staining film.

Metal Medic 31
A general-purpose, soluble oil that is formulated to disperse easily in all types of water. It has excellent emulsion stability and contains a biocide package to resist odor formation. It is used in grinding and machining jobs on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals and will not cause dermatitis or respiratory problems. Metal Medic 31 does not contain diethanolamine, nitrites, chlorine, or formaldehyde releasing biocides.

Metal Medic 2015
A water-displacing, oil non-staining, finger print neutralizer with a flashpoint of 300°F. It is excellent over conversion coatings.
