Vibratory Cleaners
Our line of vibratory cleaners is designed to deliver exceptional cleaning, degreasing, and rust protection across a wide range of metals and applications. From removing quench oils after heat treatment to eliminating lubricants, rust preventatives, and particulates, our formulations ensure parts are not only clean but also protected from corrosion, tarnish, and oxidation. With options for liquid, granular, and non-caustic solutions, our chemistries support both spray washer and dip tank systems while providing free-rinsing, residue-free finishes ideal for downstream processing or final assembly.
Vibratory Chemistry ChartIsotropic Surface Finishing
The JEI Isotropic Surface Finishing process removes surface irregularities with the assistance of media from metal components that are created during the forming and heat treat processes. After the appropriate vibratory process, the surface of the parts exhibit an extremely bright finish, low RA numbers, and very low surface tension.
By matching the correct media with our 3-step vibratory process, customers see improved quality and less rework. Our patent tested process drastically reduces your chemical usage and shortens your overall cycle time.
Isotropic Applications:
- Axle Gears
- Bearings
