Metal Medic 7007

A mild acid cleaning and brightening compound for use in vibratory and other mass finishing machines. At concentrations of 0.5 to 1.5%, this economical product will remove heat treat scale and quench oils. It is very effective on oily parts and does not contain glycol ethers. It is designed for use on steel only.

Metal Medic 9009
A mild, acid cleaning and brightening compound for use in vibratory and other mass finishing machines. Metal Medic 7010
A mild, acid cleaning and brightening compound for use in vibratory and other mass finishing machines. At concentrations of 0.5 to 1.5%, this economical product will remove heat treat scale and quench oils. Metal Medic 7010 produces a matte finish for better subsequent Burnish or Polish. It is designed for use on steel parts only and does not contain glycol ethers.

Metal Medic 7576
A neutral detergent used for removing scale, oxide, and cleaning prior to final finishing. Metal Medic 7576 is used in open mouth barrels for cleaning and rust removal as well as in dip tanks for surface rust removal and brightening. Very user and waste treatment friendly.

Brighteners/Cleaners for Brass and Copper

Metal Medic 7397
Is a cleaner for buffing components in immersion operations. It is safe on most alloys, provides rust protection on ferrous metals, and is excellent on brass and copper. Low pH makes this product desirable for disposal. Metal Medic 7397 is excellent for part on part and media finishing equipment (vibratory, high-energy, or barrels).

Metal Medic 7383
Is a liquid multi-metal cleaner designed especially for single stage spray washers. It will degrease and remove particulate to a visual cleanliness. Metal Medic 7383 will inhibit rust on ferrous parts, tarnish on brass, and oxidation on zinc or aluminum. Metal Medic 7383 is formulated with a combination of wetters, mild alkaline builders and oxidation inhibitors to bring about this performance. Metal Medic 7383 will foam less than similar cleaners at ambient.

Metal Medic 7390
Is a good cleaner for buffing components in immersion operations. It is safe on most alloys, provides rust protection on ferrous metals, and is excellent on brass and copper. Low pH makes this product desirable for disposal. Metal Medic 7390 is excellent for part on part and media finishing equipment (vibratory, high-energy, or barrels).

Metal Medic 7012
Is a mild acid cleaning and brightening compound for use in vibratory and other mass finishing machines. At concentrations of 0.5 to 5.0%, this economical product will remove heat treat scale and quench oils. It is very effective on oily parts and does not contain glycol ethers. Metal Medic 7012 is designed for use on steel and yellow metals.

Metal Medic 501
Is a concentrated water soluble mildly alkaline synthetic formulation used for the protection and lubrication of metals against corrosion while giving a quality finish to the metal. Metal Medic 501 cleans, lubricants, and inhibits corrosion simultaneously. This is very important when cleaning parts that are composed of dissimilar metals (i.e. steel, copper, brass, and aluminum). Metal Medic 501 can be used in almost any operation: cutting, grinding, wet tumbling, vibratory flow through systems, burnishing, tank cleaning, or spray washers.

Brass Casing Brighteners / Oxidation Inhibitors

Vibra Brite 7007
Is mild acid cleaning and brightening compound for use in vibratory and other mass finishing machines. At concentrations of 0.5 to 1.5%, this economical product will remove gun powder residues and forming compounds. It is very effective at cleaning and polishing brass casings part on part (no media required) and leaves the brass with a brilliant luster shine in less than thirty minutes in most vibratory applications.

Vibra Finish 7390
Is an excellent oxidation inhibitor for vibratory finishing and immersion operations for processing brass casings. It is safe on all alloys and provides brass casings a smooth burnished luster for once fired and new manufactured brass. It has a neutral pH which makes this product desirable for disposal.

Metal Medic 7915 An all-purpose product for steel parts. It combines heavy-duty cleaning with rust protection and beautiful finish. It is used with abrasive media for matte finish or non-abrasive media for bright finishes. It does not interfere with the action of the media. This is the ideal product for your automated flow through machines

Metal Medic 7977
An all-purpose product for steel part that combines medium foam cleaning with rust protection and a beautiful finish. It is used with abrasive media for matte finish or non-abrasive media for bright finishes. It does not interfere with the action of the media. This is the ideal product for waste treatment processes.

Metal Medic 9001
An all-purpose product for steel parts that combines heavy duty cleaning with rust protection and a beautiful finish. Metal Medic 9001 is used with abrasive media for matte finish or non-abrasive media for bright finishes. It does not interfere with the action of the media. 9001 is the ideal product for your automated finishing. It does not contain EDTA or Glycol Ethers.

Metal Medic 51
A concentrated water-soluble, non-flammable, mildly alkaline formulation used in metal finishing processes for protection on ferrous based metals against rust while giving a quality finish to the metal. It is a combination product that cleans and inhibits rust simultaneously. This is very important when cleaning parts that are composed of dissimilar metals (i.e. steel and aluminum). Metal Medic 51 can be used with abrasive or non-abrasive media.

Metal Medic 7921
An all purpose liquid burnishing compound designed to produce high luster and brightness to ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys. Excellent results are achieved with the using steel ball burnishing on steel, aluminum, and zinc in both vibratory and ball burnishing machines. Metal Medic 7921 will also give excellent results on abrasive and non-abrasive media.

Metal Medic 9025
A specially formulated product designed to run in vibratory finishing with part on part and steel media while maintaining media cleanliness and providing rust protection. Metal Medic 9025 is an excellent cleaner for buffing components in immersion operations and is safe on alloys including brass and copper. A Neutral pH makes this product desirable for disposal
