Versakut 6900

A semi-synthetic technology that allows for machining without EP additives. It is a long life, low maintenance, heavy-duty coolant. It will increase tool life and improve finish in operations currently using a semi-synthetic with short life. It leaves the surfaces of the machine free of tacky build-up.

Versakut 6970
This is a semi-synthetic cutting and grinding fluid formulated with extreme pressure additives. Versakut 6970 uses an alternative to Chlorine for its extreme pressure ingredient thus making it chlorine free. It has a combination of synthetic lubricants and other additives that readily disperse in water to form a clear solution that lubricates, cools, and provides excellent rust protection at recommended dilutions. It also contains preservatives to control rancidity in re-circulation systems. Versakut 6970 has additional foam control for high pressure applications.

Versakut 6907

Versalube 6909
A break-through in soluble oil technology and is the culmination of extensive research. It is a long life, low maintenance, heavy-duty coolant which can overcome the problems sometimes associated with conventional fluids.

Versakut 1170D
An outstanding semi-synthetic cutting & grinding fluid formulated with extreme pressure additives. It is a combination of synthetic lubricants and other additives that readily disperses in water to form a clear solution that lubricates, cools and provides excellent rust protection at recommended dilutions while maintaining a low level of foam. It also contains preservatives to control rancidity in re-circulating systems.

Versakut 6951
This is our top of the line best performing oil-rejecting semi-synthetic metalworking fluid that is designed to extend tool life and increases the quality of machined parts. This product is designed for a wide range of applications including cutting, grinding, and milling for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This is a micro-emulsion blend which allows it to reject tramp oils, run extremely clean, and excels at being bio-resistant (no rotten egg odor). Versakut 6951 has been tested at very high pressures and is designed to be a non-foaming metalworking fluid. This product is formulated with the highest technology available allowing it to perform without nitrites, silicones, phenols, formaldehyde, or chlorine.

SYNTHETIC Coolants

Versakut 7234D

A new-generation grinding, drawing, and cutting fluid. It is a high lube synthetic with safety for soft metals to prevent staining in process. In addition, there is a premium rust inhibition package iin this product for in-process rust inhibition. It has defoaming materials to allow for high-pressure cooling.

Versakut 6904
A high-performance synthetic cutting and grinding fluid for ferrous metals. This oil-rejecting, water-diluted coolant provides consistent machining performance in severe operations. It has exceptional hard water stability, low foaming tendencies and produces lower residues. It is a clean fluid capable of reducing overall production costs while satisfying quality performance requirements

Versakut 7227
A multi-purpose full synthetic coolant for grinding, machining, milling, and other CNC applications. It is made with a biostatic lube package that will not break down or be subject to selective depletion. It is the economical solution for long CNC sump life.

Versakut 6930
A synthetic coolant formulated to cool and lubricate during grinding, as well as light to general machining operations. It is paraffin-free and provides excellent rust protection at recommended dilutions. Its longevity and built-in biocide make it an excellent choice for central systems with fine separation. It has more lubricity for machining than our other popular product, VERSAKUT 6904.

Versakut 6954
Our highest performing, oil-rejecting synthetic metalworking fluid. Its premium technology provides extremely high lubricity in a variety of ferrous metal applications.
It has been engineered for the high speeds and feeds of today’s machining operations. It remains clean running and low foaming in both hard and soft applications

Versakut 7224
A chlorinated synthetic coolant formulated to cool and lubricate during grinding, tapping, threading and stamping operations. It is paraffin-free and provides excellent rust protection at recommended dilutions. Its longevity and built-in biocide make it an excellent choice for re-circulating systems.

Oils & Drawing Compounds

Metal Medic 7202

A clear yellow liquid. As a vanishing oil, it produces no residue in use.

Metal Medic 7208
A drawing and stamping lubricant were more lubricity than offered by Metal Medic 7202 is required. It may be applied as a cleaner for zinc phosphate coated wire prior to chopping.

Metal Medic 7756
A solvent cleaner/vanishing oil that is a safer alternative than kerosene. Use it when manually cleaning parts and equipment. It has a flashpoint of 156°F.

Metal Medic 7322
A soluble oil fluid formulated with extreme pressure additives for your most demanding heavy-duty stamping and forming operations. In water, it readily disperses to form a stable emulsion that lubricates, cools, and provides rust protection at recommended dilutions when parts are dried.

Metal Medic 7646
A soluble oil fluid formulated with extreme pressure additives for your most demanding heavy duty stamping and forming operations. It readily disperses in water to form a stable emulsion that lubricates, cools, and provides excellent rust protection at recommended dilutions.

ADDITIVES/EXTRAS

Machine Klean XL

Machine Klean XL is used to for a quick and thorough pre-cleaning of your metalworking equipment. JEI recommends that all machine tool sumps and coolant systems be flushed out with Machine Klean XL before charging with any JEI metalworking products. It’s a safe , fast-acting concentrated formula that will remove the oily residues, scums and soap deposits from your equipment while increasing coolant life. Machine Klean XL is environmentally safe and provides corrosion protection to prevent flash rust on and in your equipment.

Versakut 6935 (pH UP)

A blend of complex organic amines that are compatible with most water blended coolants. It is specially formulated to add to coolant tanks that have lost the correct pH level due to sitting idle, from hydraulic fluids, or incoming water issues. In general, 1 quart to a 50 gallon sump would be the normal addition. Contamination of various sorts may require larger amounts to obtain a pH 9.0-10.0 for normal operations.
